The Lockheed L-10 Electra is an American twin-engine passenger and transport plane with a low wing structure with a full metal structure. The flight of the prototype took place in 1934, and serial production started in 1935. The most widely produced version (L-10A) was powered by two Pratt-Whitney R-985 Wasp Junior SB engines with 450Km each. The L-10 perfectly matched the needs of the aviation market and served in over 30 airlines, including LOT Polish Airlines. After the outbreak of the war, these planes were modernized in the United States for war purposes and were used to photograph the terrain and to observe enemy forces. A total of about 130 aircraft of this type were produced, but at the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor they were already outdated machines compared to the Beech 18 aircraft. Technical data: length: 11.8 m, wingspan: 16.8 m, height: 3.1 m, maximum speed: 325 km / h, maximum range: 1150 km, ceiling practical 5900 m.
